• As every item is painted by hand, slight variations in pattern, motif placement, color tones, and brush strokes are to be expected. These natural irregularities are the charm of handcrafted ceramics.

• Minor marks such as glaze drips, glaze pooling, kiln tongs imprints, surface bubbles, tiny bumps, pinholes, dark specks, base marks, or subtle paint bleeding may occur during the high-temperature firing process. These are natural outcomes of artisanal ceramic-making and not considered defects.

The process involves: initial sketch → ceramic paint application → glazing → drying → high-temperature firing.

For packaging, we thoughtfully consider the environment. Each piece is carefully wrapped in tissue, paper cushioning, and recycled newspaper, ensuring safe delivery with an eco-conscious touch.
